Refunds and Exchanges: We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. As such, we offer exchanges within 1-3 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds. Items eligible for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team on contact page.
Shipping Responsibility: Once your order has been shipped and you receive a tracking number, the responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and tracking your package closely.
